This will be the last post to Rule No 1 (God is real and His your everything)
By now you should have some idea of where your going wrong in your life, you have taken inventory of all the people and parts of you that don't bring positive vibes and your probably feeling like shit, if you are not feeling anything at this point please go back and reflect again cos you are either not being honest with yourself or your not ready to put in the effort that is required. The feelings your having right now will pass, it is part of the journey, true self reflection involves going behind your own curtain and facing your own demons, you might not like your weaknesses and bad habits that you have but this is where you start to stand out from the rest, you are starting to calculate what is not working for you and you are going to adjust accordingly.
So now we come to the fun part, your results.... in my previous post I gave you guys homework, go and learn what temperament you are and use that as a guideline, you will end up with one of the following results:
SANGUINE
CHOLERIC
PHLEGMATIC
or MELANCHOLIC,

What you do with this info above matters, now that you know what personality type you fall under you may proceed with you next step:
Working on those weaknesses....you don't have to take it too far, you can set small realistic goals that will help in reshaping your weak sides, please note some of your results will be a bit tricky, you can be part Melancholic and part Phlegmatic, you can look at both results and work on the weaknesses that you feel are true about you.
Let me give you an example of a realistic goal:
Indecisiveness, I think we all suffer with this from time to time but if it's part of your personality trait to where it affects your life then you need to start making a commitment to yourself , one way of doing that is to start small with a simple decision, for the next 3 days commit to making at least 3 proper decisions without being indecisive, this will be tricky at first as you are now forcing your mind to leave it's usual comfort zone and now has to think of new ways of deciding. Continue this way until you get to a week of making 5 proper decisions easily.
Time to sum it up guys.....
Set small realistic goals that will help in reshaping your weaknesses, be patient and kind with yourself while doing this, remember no one is perfect and the fact that you are acknowledging your weak points and putting in the work for a better you is a battle half defeated already.
We have come to the end of Rule No 1, if you feel you need more time on this rule then you are more than welcome to stay on this until you are ready to move on to the next rule. Work at a pace you are comfortable with....change doesn't happen over night, it is a process!!!
