Let's move on.....playtime distractions for the men.....let's name them:
Chick's,cars,motivational goals,bro codes,fashion,gyming and and.....

So how does this come into ruining your life, I will tell you, 
Your playtime distractions will fog your thinking and keep you asleep from what you truly want to achieve in your life.....

Most of the complaints from men are about women cheating, befriending men, becoming shameless and disrespectful or being gold diggers, let me ask you why you complaining? Your secret distractions are the very same things you complain about.....

Let's go deeper, you want nice cars, the vroo paas and and, you also want more money and to be confident and live peaceful you hate those negative things that brings you down, so please let's start changing it.....here is the secret to the men out there 

I will explain where you are going wrong, you are using your distractive playtime focus in the most idiotic way possible......the chick's you check out in secret on social media is gonna end up being the same chick's you focus on in everyday life, and you will wonder why you are not finding decent chick's and your everyday focus will be on those chick's in the outside world, your motivation, drive, intuition every part that grows you is killed because of these secretive distractions ( I will call it that) remember what you desire in secret will play in your subconscious and you will pay attention to the very same things in the outside world, wasting a critical ingredient that will grow you emotionally, physically, spiritually or whatever state of peace you wish to have in your mind......

Here is the secret to the men out there really take in what I am saying, 

If you truly want to have more meaning in your life these secretive distractions will keep you away from achieving your goals and living the life you want, I feel in today's life peace is most expensive state to have! 

The rules I share is for your own benefit not mines, so remember Firi is not the enemy only the piper who plays a beautiful flute to the soul, 

If your secretive distractions changes then your real focus will come into play  the fog in your mind will clear up.

You will see for yourself.....remember you are what you think and feel so it includes all secretive thoughts, urges and desires.....

Break the chains to your limited thinking  you owe it to yourself and watch your life change naturally, I say let it flow and your confidence and self esteem will be born in a way that will open your mind to new ways of thinking.....it is key to build on THESE to get the life you want. Please always include God in all of these rules He is the ONE who will add the fuel you need......,

Men you get my message loud and clear, but for the ladies I wana be extra caring cos I am a women too, I know the pain, the insecurities, the demons we face on a regular and I want you to let your most beautiful 😍 🤩 👌 🎶 ✨️ ♥️ flourish to its highest potential with God and with you as an individual.

Dear Readers  Time to put on our thinking hats and journey down the rabbit hole.....we have come to the final part of rule No 6. Let's talk about the experiences you will go through when you decide to take the journey inward, remember going inward doesn't involve relaxing in bed and listening to music, or watching TV and thinking about your life, if you do it that way, you are still giving your time and attention to music and TV and no real journey will happen, it will be a fake form of reflecting.  Let's go deeper: If you did the exercise of making notes and reflecting on your day you probably picked up on some areas that needs more work than others, the interactions that make you uncomfortable are the ones you should be paying attention to.
